USfalcon, Inc. is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Cary, NC. We have offices in Dayton, OH; Reston, VA; Huntsville, AL; and Colorado Springs, CO. USfalcon’s personnel provide on-site Aerospace, Mission Systems Engineering, Information Technology and Education and Training supporting warfighters at numerous Government facilities across the United States and abroad. USfalcon, Inc. is ISO 9001:2008 certified with ITIL v3 certified individuals as well.

USfalcon began as Mill City Connections, Inc. (MCCI), and was founded in 1999 to provide information technology products to Government contractors, universities, and commercial clients. In 2003 we entered the Government environment in engineering, security, logistics, personnel security and business operations. To better brand our dedication to the warfighter and illustrate our capabilities, in January 2005, the company changed its name to USfalcon, Incorporated.

In April 2004, we became a certified 8(a) firm and achieved great success in winning key prime contracts for the US Army, US Air Force, and General Services Administration (GSA). This success ultimately led to USfalcon becoming a voluntary early graduate of the 8(a) program in 2011.

In 2006, USfalcon was awarded a prime contract for the US Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) under the Strategic Services Sourcing (S3) contract. USfalcon saw significant growth under this contract and ultimately sold the contract to ESP, Inc. in June 2012.

USfalcon was awarded a prime contract in 2008 for the Army Aviation Applied Technology Directorate (AATD) at Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE), VA called the Scientific Professional and Other Technical Services (SPOTS) V contract.

In January 2011, USfalcon won a prime contract called the Innovation, Integration, and Information Support (3IS) contract supporting the US Air Force (USAF) Space Innovation and Development Center (SIDC) at Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado. That year also saw the award of the Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) IV prime contract by the Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) at Langley AFB, Virginia.

USfalcon has been awarded several GSA contracts over our history, starting with the IT-70 Schedule in 2009, a Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule in 2013, and most recently a prime contract under the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Pool 6. Under OASIS, USfalcon won prime contracts supporting the US Air Force Logistics Management Center (AFLCMC) Tanker and Propulsion Directorates in Dayton, Ohio and other locations.

USfalcon has long believed in the benefit of a strong Quality Management System (QMS) in the management and operations of the company. USfalcon first achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2007, achieved recertification in ISO 9001:2008 in 2013, and were recertified in 2016. We achieved recertification in the new ISO 9001:2015 standard in 2017.

In December 2015, USfalcon was approved as the Mentor for Mitchell Consulting Services Group, Inc. (MCSG) under a Mentor-Protégé Agreement approved by the Small Business Administration (SBA).

USfalcon has a long rich history of supporting the communities where we work and live. It is one of our core values and key to who we are as company serving both our customers and communities.
