Colonel Benjamin F. Fletcher, Jr., USA, Ret. Is the Vice President, Army Division, at USfalcon. Ben joined USfalcon in November 2015 as Director, Business Development and was promoted into this role in April 2016. Ben is responsible for expanding the Army operations in aviation, information technology, education and training and mission command areas, as well as overseeing the execution all contracted opportunities within the Army Division.
Prior to joining USfalcon, Ben worked for KRATOS Defense and Security Solutions as a Vice President for Business Development. In this role he worked to expand the KRATOS product line into the Services and Agencies within the Department of Defense. Ben has also work at General Dynamics Information Technology in various roles, most notably as the Vice President for Army Infrastructure.
Ben was commissioned in 1975 through ROTC into the Army Signal Corps upon graduation from Indiana Institute of Technology. Serving in multiple posts throughout a 29 year career, Ben commanded at every level culminating with commanding the 22d Signal Brigade in Germany. Ben finished his career as the Director of Command, Control, Communications and Computers (J6) for US Southern Command in Miami FL.
Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in National Security Decision Making gained while attending the Naval War College.
