USfalcon, Inc. names Zannie Smith CEO

Morrisville, N.C. – USfalcon Inc. has appointed Major General, USA (Retired) Zannie Smith as its Chief Executive Officer and President. Prior to this appointment, he was a member of the USfalcon Board of Advisors.

General Smith retired from the U.S. Army after 36 years of service. He served in Panama, Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Bosnia, Kosovo and Vietnam. He commanded at various levels and as a primary staff officer both in the United States and overseas. His last duty assignment was the Deputy Commanding General, XVIII Airborne Corp at Ft. Bragg, NC prior to retiring in 2004.

After retiring from the U.S. Army, General Smith joined Anteon Corporation as Group Senior Vice President. He continued on at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) as Senior Vice President, Army & National and Homeland Security Division after GDIT’s acquisition of Anteon Corporation where he managed the organic growth of a $119M program focused in the areas of Information Technology, Logistics and Training to $1.5B annually and 4000 employees. General Smith retired from GDIT, on January 1, 2014. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa and a Master of Arts degree in Business Management from Webster University.
