Stephanie Martin is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at USfalcon. She joined USfalcon in 2005 and is responsible for talent acquisition, benefit program design and administration, employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, and facility security.

Prior to joining USfalcon, Stephanie was a key member of the AIG Marketing organizational learning and development team and was responsible for the analysis, development, design, implementation, evaluation and facilitation of training and development activities. She developed course materials and curriculum for training initiatives and served as the organizational development liaison for business operations senior management.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). She has been recognized by the business community with a Women in Business Award from the Triangle Business Journal, 40 under 40 Leadership Award from the Triangle Business Journal, and a Women Extraordinaire Award from Business Leader Magazine.

Stephanie also serves as a Board Member for the Triangle Liaison Group (TILG). The TILG brings federal contractors together with representatives from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and provides educational programs on affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, inclusion, and diversity.
