USfalcon Wins New Contracts to Close FY17

As the government’s fiscal year came to an end, USfalcon was awarded several new contracts to support consulting and analysis engagements with two new Navy customers and the Department of the Interior (DOI).

The first engagement will provide barrier analysis project management services and subject matter expertise to the DOI Office of Civil Rights to ensure a successful outcome of this endeavor across 11 DOI Bureaus and Offices and 16 Mission Critical Occupations.

The second engagement is to provide the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) with Human Capital Management consulting services to support the entire spectrum of mission areas that comprise the HR functions performed for the Global Logistics Support (GLS) disestablishment. This support includes activities such as Reduction in Force (RIF) Avoidance Strategy and Development, Workforce Shaping Strategies and Competitive Processes, Hiring Strategies, Functional, Analytical and Organizational Assessment.

Lastly, USfalcon is member of a three-company team that was awarded a five-year single award IDIQ contract to provide management consulting expertise to the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy (Management) in the areas of Management, Business Operations, Plans, Policies, and Operations, Acquisition and Procurement, Energy, Installations, and the Environment across the entire breadth and depth of the Navy Secretariat.
