Pete von Jess

Peter von Jess is the owner and CEO of USfalcon. He is responsible to his shareholders, Board of Advisors and Directors, clients and vendors, and employees while leading an end-to-end professional services entity providing engineering and technical solutions to federal and commercial clients in support of the defense community.

Pete successfully guided USfalcon from $3.5M sales when he took over the company, to $100M+ in revenue over a ten-year period, creating over 1,600 new jobs. During this timeframe USfalcon expanded its customer base and capabilities to include major prime contracts with the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Navy. USfalcon has been recognized as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States by numerous industry groups and was voted #1 in the Research Triangle Park area near Raleigh, North Carolina.

Prior to joining the company, Pete served as a Director of Business Development at Computer Sciences Corporation where he directed all marketing and business development activities for the Army Programs Northeast Operations business unit. He was recalled back to the U.S. Army upon the events of September 11, 2001 and served as G-3 and CJ-33, Chief of Operations at Fort Bragg and Bagram, Afghanistan.

Pete received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Sciences and Mathematics from Eastern New Mexico University and a Master of Science Degree in Applied Management from Lesley College. He served in the US Army for 22 years retiring as a Colonel in the Army Reserve. Pete served tours of duty in the Republic of Korea, Honduras, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Afghanistan.
